How will I know if you have received my order?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be notified by e-mail.


How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order every time by login into your customer account.
Anyway we will inform you by e-mail everytime when we:

- Delivery the product
- Receive the product for return / exchange
- Delivery the exchanged product




What happens if the product I receive is not what I have expected?

- Missing product: contact us and after we verify our fault we will send you the missing product.

- Wrong item: You have to send us back the wrong product and we will send you the correct item without any shipping cost.

- Broken item: You will need to send us back the broken item and we will send you a new one without any shipping costs.


How can I buy products from your shop?

There are two ways to choose items from our online shop:

a) You can use the search area that you will find on the left top of the main page. Write the product you are looking for (example: top, body, eyeshadows, etc...), or you can write the SKU number of the product (if you know it).
Once you find and choose the product, add it to the shopping cart.



b) From the main page you can enter in our categories and choose products from each one. Each product is classified by size, material, color and price. It's so easy to shop here!



How can I choose the colour of the fitness wear?

Some of our fitness wear has on its main photo a colour column on the left side with numbers for each one. This is the reference colour number you have to use when you choose the colour of the sportswear.



In which currency do I buy?

You can choose to pay in: Euro, Dolar, Sterling pounds, Bulgarian Leva.



Which languages are available?

Actually you can choose English or Spanish and soon we will introduce more languages.



Which type of payments do you accept?

You can pay with bank transfer or debit/credit card.


Is it possible to share with my friends some category of product in my facebook account?

Yes, you can share any category with your friends in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Digg. Also you can add the web on your favourites or send e-mail to your friends to recommend our shop. All this you can easily do from the "SHARE" link, at the top of the page.
